I am a social work professional with over 17 years of experience across health, education and social service systems. My work has focused on supporting youth, frontline practitioners, and organizations navigating crisis, risk, and complex behavioural challenges.
I bring a practical, grounded approach informed by direct clinical work, supervision, and experience working with organizations. My goal is to support organizations in building safer, more responsive practices while sustaining the people doing the work.
